Heavenly Father,
Thank you for your Word. Thank you for walking with me during the good and challenging times. You are eternally faithful. Thank you for the joy that comes from knowing you.
Please remind me to seek you out and teach me how to wait on you. Lord, sometimes I rush ahead of you. Please help me to believe your promises and give me a spirit of understanding to discern your will. When I am tempted to move forward without having discerned your will, please help me to be patient. When I am struggling, hurting, or afraid, please give me the courage to trust you.
Please help me to walk in faith and forbearance, honoring you and encouraging others.
