Heavenly Father,
You are there for me when I am lonely, hurting, afraid or anxious. You held my hand during difficult seasons and lifted me when I was low. Thank you. You are marvelous and faithful. I love you, Lord.
When I struggle with grief, please remind me of the joy you have brought. When faced with devastation, please keep me from falling into despair. Please help me not to give in to anger or sadness but to choose to cling to you in hope instead.
Thank you for the people you have sent into my life to support me. Please use me to bring hope to others during their weary seasons and point them toward you.
