Heavenly Father,
Thank you for your example of kindness, mercy, and grace. Thank you for your faithful love.
Please pour your wisdom into me and help me to see others as you see them. Please, help me to love others as you love them. Lord, please help me to be patient with others. Forgive me for the times I have been impatient and failed to afford grace. When I find myself in difficult situations, please remind me that I, too, need grace. Please help me not to be easily offended. However, when I am offended, please help me forgive wholly and immediately, and teach me to be merciful, just as you have been merciful to me.
I pray that my attitude or anger never hinder the work of the Holy Spirit in the life of another, but instead, may my love, kindness, and mercy draw others to you.
