Trust in the Lord and do good. Then you will live safely in the land and prosper. Take delight in the Lord, and he will give you your heart’s desires. (Psalm 37:3-4)
Heavenly Father,
Thank you for the joy that comes from being in your presence. I didn’t know joy until I knew you. Lord, I know that I am safe in your arms, and in your arms, there is peace. Thank you.
I want to be like you. I want to love like you and do your will. Sometimes I have gone my own way. Please forgive me. Please teach me to walk righteously and in holiness. Please help me love, pray for, and be kind to others regardless of my circumstances. Please show me how to cling to you, walk in faith, and trust you for every outcome.
May my heart’s desires align with your will every day, every step, and every moment of my life, and may your will be manifested fully in my life.
