In all my prayers for all of you, I always pray with you because of your partnership in the gospel from the first day until now, being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus. (Philippians 1:4-6)
Heavenly Father,
Thank you for your work in me to transform me into a reflection of your Son. Because of your love, you do not leave me as I am but are instead changing me into an instrument of your grace. Thank you, Lord.
Please search my heart to see if there is anything that dishonors you. Reveal such things to me, and give me the desire to glorify you with my life. Please give me a service-oriented spirit that longs to love others as you love us and to show my love through my actions. Please teach me to do your will with a joyful heart.
May your work within and through my life be carried out to a great completion so that I will hear you say, “Well done, my good and faithful servant”.
