So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand. (Isaiah 41:10)
Heavenly Father,
Thank you for your protection. Thank you for your Spirit that strengthens and uplifts. Thank you that my life is not an accident, but you, O Lord, are in control.
Lord, I have endured hardships and suffering. But thank you for never leaving me to deal with difficulties alone. You have been faithful through every trial and temptation. If I have fallen into sin, it is not because you failed me but because I rebelled against your will. Forgive me for any rebellion, and point out any areas of my life where I resist you.
Please fill me with peace, hope, and joy when I become fearful or anxious. Please remind me that you are there, and help me not to push you away. Please heal any brokenness in me, and when I am lonely, remind me that I am never alone. Sometimes I try to do things independently and have fought you for control of my life. Please help me to trust you completely. I submit to you, Lord, to change, mold, and grow me according to your will.
Please encourage me when I am weak or weary, make me tenderhearted toward the weak and weary, and fill me with your love and strength so that I will love and encourage others regardless of how I feel or what I am facing.
