Heavenly Father,
Thank you for the waiting seasons of life and your wisdom. Thank you for growing and pruning me and drawing me close to you.
You walk with me and keep me. My life has meaning and purpose because you are in it. I am so utterly in love with you.
Lord, the waiting seasons are difficult. And though you have proven yourself faithful, I can become impatient and self-focused. At times I have struggled against you. Please forgive me.
Please help me to trust you in every season of my life. Show me how to live a life content with and confident in your love and provision daily, despite my circumstances. Please help me not to be moved by my worries but instead to stand on the promise of your faithful presence. I don’t know what the future holds, but I know that you love me, and your love is more than enough.
Lord, teach me to surrender to you, clinging to your love and truth. May your will be accomplished in and through my life.
