Heavenly Father,
Thank you for your example of sacrificial and unconditional love. Without your loving kindness I would be lost. You amaze me.
Lord, there have been times when I have been more focused on the sins done against me than my own wrong-doing. Forgive me for any finger-pointing or blaming. Instead, I should examine the areas I must submit to you for a change. Please help me to take ownership of my choices and to make amends if necessary. Then teach me how to forgive others completely, as you forgive me. Bless my relationships to honor you and teach me how to point others to Christ through my love for them. Give me a merciful and gracious heart that I may be used by you to bring healing to difficult situations.
